All our products are shipped with UPS or USPS.
Product Lead Times
Generally, all products are available and in stock. If any item is not in stock, it will be noted in the product information and re-stock date will be noted.
Discontinued Items
Occasionally an item will be discontinued if there is not sufficient demand. 100% of the merchadise plus related shipping charges will be refunded.
Return Policy
The customer must email us first to obtain the return authorization and instructions to most efficiently handle the return situation. All returns must be made within 10 days of receipt for a refund of the product's price. The product must be in unused & resalable condition in order to be eligible for refund. The customer is responsible for the shipping cost of return shipment. Triumph Performance USA reserves the right to apply a 15% restocking fee to returns that do not meet the above criteria. To avoid extra cost due to return, we strongly recommend you contact us for any doubts you may have before your purchase. Engine/powertrain components, special orders and Trade/Resale orders are Final Sale and are ineligible for refund.
